    Changing fork oil

I am wanting to change the fluid in my forks as I am sure it been a long time, if ever, since it has been done. I have never done this before so can someone give me a general idea on how to do it and what height or how much I should put in. I know that I am supposed to use SAE 5 wt oil, but that is all I know about it. I am sure that they are bone stock and I weigh 220 right now. I do not race MX. Just hare scrambles. Not sure if that info is needed, but there it is.

Thanks. Having that will certainly help. That was really fast. You got a manual on taking care of a toddler with a double ear infection? He is miserable and driving me nuts.

If the infections are recurring - tubes. I prefer Bridgestone UHD myself

Our youngest, now 12, had them put in when she was two - it made her and our lives a lot easier.
