I'd drain the fuel from the tank and carb bowl, and then refill with fresh pre-mix of whatever flavor you like. FWIW, I'm using Mobil 1 MX2T at 40:1.

I have had the best luck in running 40:1 as well.

yeah i have tried a few differnt 2smoke oils in my day and i have found that Klotz-R50 seems to be the smoothest. no idea what it looks like in the cylinder buy i can tell you the motor seemed to a lot smoother running and quieter then say PJ-1,Honda blue stuff, oh and i cant remember the others.heard good things about Amsoil and Royal Purple but i only used Royal Purple in my Johnson GT200 outboard. seemd to like it and believe it or not with Citgo gas.

the Honda and PJ-1 made the engine sound much louder then the Klotz R50. plus i love the smell of R-50 in the morning , "smell that son?, smells like victory" auh what a great movie . im sure some of you know the movie im refering too. i actually hear the music in that scene playing in my head when i pass the better riders then myself. im sure they just let me pass as to watch my mad skills lol. eveyone likes humor , right ?

forgot to mention i measure as close to 32:1 as possible.

    run what ya brung,
