I really like the torsion axle setup on my TT. It tracks well. It avoids swaying. It doesn't bounce.
Good stuff. :D

Having driven both, torson axles handle better on the road as each tire reacts individually.

I never liked a sprung axle trailer because they seem to sway too much. The one I had would float from side to side all the time.At any speed above 60 it would get real bad.

I dont have this problem and I have 2 with Leaf springs.
I can see that happening if the axle is crooked / not centered on the trailer.

Most swaying problems are caused by either improper loading of the trailer's weight or improper hitch height. Another reason is when towing a heavy trailer with too light of a truck. Not saying these are your causes but are the usual culprets. I have seen a person load a very large trailer with the heavy items towards the rear and then not have the hitch height set level when attached to the truck. Made for some pretty interesting driving conditions....

I really like the torsion axles on my Highpoint. I think it rides smoother than my F-250 that pulles it. :)
