Enclosed 6x10 or 12 how many bikes fit

How many dirt bikes will fit in a 6' x 10' or 12' enclosed trailer?
I would guess 4 with a little room left for gear?

Any brands better than others? Ramp or double doors?

I would like a alum. frame for corrosion prevention but they are more costly!

I know we've jammed six bikes in a 6X12 for a trip to SC. Wasn't much room left for gear except in the front. We put the bikes in with the front wheels chocked against the driver's side wall and then they went back at an angle....

I routinely carry 3 bikes (XR400, TTR250, DR350) in my 6x10. Pretty easy fit, front of trailer still has lots of room for gear and stuff. A V-nose would give even more room.
Brand is a Pace American, I'm happy with it.
