I will be camping in my 16' cargo trailer for about 10 days in July. General suggestions for modifications and improvements desired.
Specific question I have is I want screen "doors" has anyone modified or have ideas.

I have a big piece of screen coming to cover the back doors. I am thinking of magnets or sandbag sewn to the bottom to hold it in place. I would like to come up with something, neat, professional, easy to use, and practical for the front "personnel" door. Any suggestions?

Also, any suggestions on portable showers would be appreciated. I am leaning towards a big pressure sprayer and a turkey cooker and a tarp as a shower curtain.

Thanks Al Bechard

Man, 10 days in a cargo trailer; that's rugged. Where will you be going? Is this a riding trip or a work trip?

TTC for the Youth Nationals in MOTOTRIALS. July 4th week. What a great time if you have never been there. I like to stay in motels but my son gets so much out of camping and being around all the folks that it is worth it.
There is a beautifull river there, albeit just a tad nippy, to swim in and such but a warm shower would be great.
I figure if I take my time and get it right, I can add the features that are important to me, and I should have this trailer indefinetly.

I wonder what that turkey cooker is for? Possibly a Tennesee Sauna?

Pool-recreation stores sell mosquito netting that is made to drape over table umbrellas. Just anchor this stuff around your doors--if the weather is good. Not cheap though. Maybe in a fabric store you could find something cheaper.

Rig an awning, too, with the tarp.

Try some of the RV sites for ideas.
